Prior to winning the Tony Award for his electrifying performance as the Genie in Broadway’s Aladdin, TheatreWorks veteran James Monroe Iglehart graced our stage in Big River, It Ain’t Nothin’ But the Blues, Into the Woods, Ragtime, Bat Boy, and Caroline, or Change. In addition, he enjoyed a 3-year run as Bobby in Memphis on Broadway after originating the role at TheatreWorks.
