Behind the Scenes of JANE AUSTEN’S EMMA with Rebecca Euchler

RebeccaFitting3Rebecca Euchler is one of our 2015 Artistic Engagement Apprentices, an elite group of emerging theatre artists learning from multiple departments in our company. As a capstone to their experience, they will be performing in JANE AUSTEN’S EMMA this December. Rebecca shared her thoughts on the early days of rehearsal as a guest blogger:

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect as I walked into the TheatreWorks Silicon Valley building for the first rehearsal of Emma. I’ve done a lot of theatre in my life, but this would be my first full production working with actual professional actors in a company whose sole purpose is to produce theatre. Continue reading

EMMA on holiday in Boston!


Following the smashing success of Emma’s New York tour, she carried on to Boston. Upon hearing that her first visit would be to a Tea Party Museum, Emma looked forward to a delightful afternoon of tea and sweet treats! She was not at all expecting a museum depicting the wasteful dumping of perfectly fine tea into a harbor. Continue reading

Spotlight on: The 2015 TBA Awards!

At 8 PM this evening, the 2015 Theatre Bay Awards ceremony will commence at American Conservatory Theater’s Geary Theater. This wonderful celebration highlights the achievements of our field throughout the past year. We are honored to be the most nominated company in Tier 1. In addition, Triangle leads all productions with a whopping 13 nominations! Continue reading
